I'm a guy and I've had my shares of breakdowns, and it's not fun, it's not easy, it's hard to sort things out, but you need to talk to somebody that can help you call the crisis line. If you need to and see about getting help like here. In Arizona, it's what 988, but I'm not sure if it's nationwide or not find somebody to talk to get that stress out, cause it will eat. You alive, and I know it. Many times you just don't feel like getting out and doing anything or leaving your house or your apartment, just want to sit and couch or laid down in bed. And do reach out and find somebody to talk to.
