Don’t use the Himalayan pink salt that’s the enough and carcass. You’re using on your bodies. Check that out. Look it up use kosher salt or sea salt.

I don’t get people’s logic in washing chicken. It’s raw. It’s still raw if you rinse it. It’s the rawness that can spread the bad stuff. You CANNOT wash rawness away!
