Having that city is clever thinking; China is good at future planning. I wish there was the same kind of city here, so that people in over-populated cities like NY could have options other than high rent, high crime, & big crowds everywhere. It's also good to have those resources available for unplanned catastrophies like the flooding that happened in Nepal. It enables the gov to relocate people on a short-moments notice for emergencies. I'd love to try living in a city like that, especially if it's peaceful, because peaceful cities are hard to find in the US.
