brownie cookies 🍪 🍫 ingredients you’ll need: 1 stick of butter 8 oz chocolate (chips or chunks) 150g granulated sugar 50g brown sugar 2 eggs (room temp) 1 tsp vanilla extract 95g all purpose flour 25g cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Instructions: Melt the stick of butter and chocolate in a small pot on the stove. low heat Whip the brown sugar, granulated sugar and eggs together. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until shiny. This will help create the crackly brownie top. Combine the melted chocolate and butter into the egg and sugar mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined. Let the dough sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Scoop about 2 tbsp of cookie dough per cookie on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 9-11 minutes. Don’t over bake them, the cookies will set as they cool. You can use a small round bowl or cup to shape the cookies while they are still hot. Serve over vanilla ice cream and enjoy! #brownies #cookies #sweettreat #EasyRecipe #baking
