The trick is rigged!! It has to be I II III IIII and you reverse it by taking the second to last straw from the fourth section and move it in between the first two sections. So the result would be IIII III II I

very easy, just take the 2nd stick from the the 4-sticks , then transfer to the last stickand create a "V" letter ..to make a roman numeral as I, II, III, IV.
