You the authority should know that fuel prize is high including charcoal and the locals cannot afford Gas for use in their homes and most people are in extended expedite why u opted to even not allowed one sack not to be taken for home use I guess u concentrate for those other things let the Parliament debate because of of the legislators are from remote areas of Northern and west Nile
