This is how I use mine at Top-Choice Footwear: Place your shoe on the last with the green support inside to hold the shape Set the shoe on the pressing plate, adjust to your size Hold the long handle with both hands, step on the foot pedal for extra pressure Pull down firmly - you will feel the machine clamp and press the sole to the upper Hold for 3-5 seconds, then release This machine helps your gum hold stronger, no opening, neat finishing.
