@lauyntrang7966: Crispy Fried Chicken Cutlet Recipe Ingredients: Chicken breasts, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, cooking oil, and a pinch of dried parsley. Instructions: Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and gently pound them until evenly thick. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and breadcrumbs. Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, then press it firmly into the breadcrumbs until completely covered. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil and fry for about 3–5 minutes on each side until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked inside. Remove the chicken cutlets and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve hot with fries, mashed potatoes, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce.
