It's like a volcanic Lahar but in this case referred to as glacial lake outburst floods (GLOFs), rock-ice avalanches, or mountain debris flows mixed with water and fast moving resembling like cement slurry and can carry heavy boulders. Same occurs after volcanic ash eruption followed with rain , or volcanic glacial melting , mudflow after forest fire rains.

video is dated in the top right corner. i remember seeing a video that claimed after the first flood, a natural dam was created by the sediment left behind. seems like it was slowly filling with water and this is the result of that dam bursting.
