Rodriguez and his professional partner, Witney Carson, were eliminated during the show’s Super Bowl Night after performing a salsa to "Tití Me Preguntó" by Bad Bunny. Though the performance earned them a score of 22 out of 40—their highest of the season—it was not enough to keep them in the running. Following the result, fellow cast members expressed how much Rodriguez brought to the group. Contestant Ezra Frech shared that Rodriguez will be a part of his life forever, calling him a magnetic human being who brings love and joy into everything he does. Professional dancer Daniella Karagach praised his big heart, stating that seeing him go felt like a piece of the cast leaving.
