I read the bible every night and most of the time I don’t understand what I’m reading and I’ve been doing this for a while now but my anxiety is better and my anger is getting better I’m able to forgive easier

i grew up in budhist family.but i dont know,i love the bible since i was very young.i read everyday eventhough i dont understand,no body teach me ,no body ask me to read the bible.but i feel my characters change..i have no desire with sins eventhough my friends did and ask me to do bad things.i realize its not me...its God's power.
