This is so healthy. My dad’s ex wife used to babysit me all the time so I could see my sister more often. I never considered that weird until I was older and saw how most divorced people interact with each other.

When me and my ex broke up we were determined to co parent well no matter how angry/sad we were. I’m so glad to say that 7 years later we are having thanksgiving together this year. My husband his wife all their kiddos and my parents. And I’m actually looking forward to it 🤩🤩🤩

my ex had multiple baby mummas. mumma 2 and my child and I have spent every xmas morning together opening gifts and having part of xmas day together. the ex mummas coparented the 2 girls and helped each other. this will be the first year the girls and us won't be together for xmas, they are 28 and 21, not because I haven't been Invited, but because my daughter is living overseas and I want to start a new tradition.

My ex husband is the “uncle” to my five year old twins. He even keeps their car seats in his car to help me in a pinch. He also includes them and takes them to the playground, movies, McDonald’s with our son when they want to spend more time with their brother.

My brother's dad took me and my brother both on the weekends. My brother sadly passed away 26 years ago but his dad is still Dad to me, and he is grandpa to my kids. This relationship is going to be so special to her for her whole life.

My husband’s ex wife is very easy to get along with. I was nice to her kids and love her grandkids. She always tried to include me in things even when she didn’t have to; birth of her grandkid, her daughter’s wedding, etc.
