i had a hemilaminectomy on Aug 23 and repeat one in Sept 23 (same level) followed by a wash out and edema removal Oct 23. bad shape since, ablation every 6 months. started ARA 2 months ago. 1 cycle, 1 month off and on my 2nd cycle. it helps. doesnt fix arthritis but i definitely feel improved. worth a shot if you have chronic nerve pain
