@damienread_: My favourite little gym partner. 🩷 It’s funny how much our kids take in without us even realising. Watching her watch me reminded me of something. As parents, we’re setting an example every single day—not just through what we tell our kids, but through the things we do, the habits we build and the way we show up. I don’t expect her to grow up loving the gym or doing everything Dad does. I just hope she grows up understanding the importance of looking after herself, working hard for the things she wants and finding something in life that makes her happy. And if she picks up even a little of that by hanging out with Dad while I train, then that’s a pretty good workout in my eyes. The best gym partner I’ll ever have. 🩷
