that's exactly why in my opinion somebody who did to yours of prior law enforcement that everybody who calls the cops should have an ID and should be ID just in case they have a warrant. it's more of them checking to see if you have a warrant more than anything. so that's why they should in my opinion be required to ask somebody for an ID that's just my personal opinion.
