Micro management can heppen when your process requires high level of coorporation, precision in details, no room for mistakes, such task requires the whole team to walk in the same pace, and when things got jamed the others can act fast to fill in for overflow or gaps This requirs details to be managed so everyone understands to every ends of the details of every step Where of abuse of power is not aware of the steps or positions of where everyone is working on, but require results because result is wanted. Thats abuse of power, there is no managing involved. Stand with your process and steps, keep producing results and do not panic
