Easy High-Protein Chicken Pot Pie 🥧🍂 We’ve been getting cooler mornings here in PA and it immediately put me in the mood for all the cozy fall meals 🤌 If you’re looking for an easy high-protein dinner, crockpot chicken recipe, or cozy weeknight meal, you need to try this one! The filling cooks right in the crockpot, then gets topped with buttery crescent rolls and baked until golden brown. SO easy and so good. Ingredients: • 2 lbs chicken breast • 2 cans @Campbell’s Soup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup • ½ cup Kirkland Signature Chicken Bone Broth • 2–3 cups @Wegmans frozen mixed vegetables • Thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt + pepper, to taste • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water • 60g @Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream • 1 package Immaculate Baking Organic Crescent Rolls • 1 tbsp melted butter • Flaky sea salt • Fresh parsley Directions: Add the chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, bone broth, frozen vegetables and seasonings to your crockpot. Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Around the 5-hour mark, shred the chicken and stir everything together. Mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir it into the crockpot. Let everything continue cooking until the filling has thickened to your liking. Stir in the light sour cream for some extra creaminess, then transfer the filling to a baking dish. Arrange the crescent rolls over the top, brush with melted butter and finish with flaky sea salt. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are cooked through. Finish with fresh parsley and enjoy 🤍 Makes 6 generous servings, but could easily stretch to 8! 464 calories | 52g protein per serving As always, nutrition will vary depending on the exact ingredients and brands you use. #highproteinrecipes #chickenpotpie #easyweeknightdinner #crockpotrecipes #falldinner
