@daughter.of.wisdo19: 🚨🕊️ JUSTICE AFTER 65 YEARS | CHICAGO, ILLINOIS Imagine sending your 8-year-old daughter to church, never seeing her alive again, and waiting more than six decades for answers. 💔 On November 12, 1960, Gloria Kowalewicz disappeared while walking to morning Mass. She was later found murdered. Now, 65 years later, Chicago police say modern DNA technology, genetic genealogy, and a preserved fingerprint have helped identify the person responsible: Thomas F. McInerney Jr., a former Chicago police detective. Even more disturbing, he was already serving as a police officer when Gloria was killed. McInerney died in 2006, meaning he will never face trial or criminal conviction. Investigators are examining whether he may be connected to other unsolved crimes. No additional victims have been confirmed. 💔 Gloria’s parents passed away without receiving the answers they desperately deserved. A badge represents a responsibility to protect, but accountability must apply to everyone who wears one. May Gloria’s memory never be forgotten, and may her family find peace in finally receiving answers. 🕊️ Justice delayed should never mean a life forgotten. 📰 Sources: CBS Chicago | NBC News | The Guardian 📅 October 13, 2026 Daughter of Wisdom | Awareness • Truth • Accountability #DaughterOfWisdom #JusticeForGloria #GloriaKowalewicz #ChicagoNews #IllinoisNews
