Why do I use Reiki? ✨ When I meet people going through difficult times, I often offer Reiki instead of a typical reading. Reiki is a form of energy healing that can be practiced with people and even pets, and it isn’t tied to any particular religion. During a session, I focus on sensing and clearing heavy energy that may be associated with emotional stress or physical discomfort. I believe that healing begins within, and that inner healing is an important part of our spiritual journey. 🌿 Through Reiki, I work to identify areas where I sense energetic imbalances to help you begin your healing journey. At the end of the session, I share an overview of your chakra energy, any intuitive messages I receive, and areas you may wish to explore through shadow work. ✨ How do I sense energy? Instead of using a pendulum, I use my hands to feel the energy directly. I notice different sensations and vibrations in my hands, I also receive images, and communication, which I share with the person I'm helping.
