What was once a low-rise stretch of South Beach is now home to Related Group’s One Ocean, a luxury condominium development designed by Enrique Norten and completed in 2016. In the background stands Terra’s GLASS, an 18-story tower designed by René González with just 10 residences. Both projects broke ground in 2013. GLASS sold out by its completion in 2015, including a triplex penthouse that sold for $20 million.
