@el_jivarooo: Pulaski County, Kentucky – A Somerset man is facing additional charges after another victim came forward to report sexual abuse. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, 54-year-old Scott C. Hughes has been held in the Pulaski County Detention Center since his arrest on October 1. The initial investigation determined that Hughes allegedly sexually abused a victim beginning in 2018. He was charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Sodomy in the Second Degree, Sodomy in the Third Degree, and Incest of a Person Under 18 by a Person Three or More Years Older. On October 6, an additional victim came forward and reported alleged abuse outside Pulaski County when they were a minor. That was referred to the appropriate law-enforcement agency. On October 7, investigators conducted another interview with an adult male who reported being sexually abused by Hughes when he was approximately 10. The individual said the abuse continued for several years with offenses in Pulaski County. Hughes has now been charged with Sodomy in the First Degree, Sodomy in the Second Degree – Position of Authority, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Human Trafficking – Commercial Sexual Activity – Victim Under 18, and Incest of a Person Under 18 by a Person Three or More Years Older. #News #Crime #KY
