the polar opposite happened to me. I got called respectful and praised for the way I was cooperative then was given a $900 ticket. I am also biracial but its a lot easier to tell.

See I’m mixed and it’s be totally different for me . Cuz I’m black presenting.. car would had been search, car impounded and a ticket to show up in court. But love the eyes we have the same color

I'm black, and I have had white officers treat me the same way as they did you. It all depends on who the officer is. And my daughters are biracial, black and white, but racially ambiguous.

Your mom must be black. Because these the same rules I give my kids. I had to go to court with my son for a ticket and I was like ok ready rehearse. He got his little fine, a payment plan and no probation.

I’m mixed the same as you but I’m split down the middle. I’m treated like as Hispanic so my experiences are different than hers (plot twist I am also Latin on my dad’s side). She let me know in so many words that we are different and I wouldn’t know her kind of struggle. But she didn’t rub it in my face or make me feel bad about it. Now my son is around 30% black and he has my face copy and paste. His skin tone is near white but between mine and my partners. He could easily pass for white without a problem. I couldn’t imagine being jealous of him! It’s wild…

yess this, i dont think i count as biracial considering both my parents are full Puerto rican, but my dad has euro features and skin and my mom is afro latina. I turned out looking like my dad's twin, but my mom raised me by herself so she taught me all of her rules and I thought everyone followed those rules until i got into a situation and realized how different things would have gone if it was my mom in my place

I agree. They would have used that to search the car where I was from. For what it is worth, I was taught the same rules. I’m a white girl. The first time my husband got pulled over he was so casual and relaxed, I was shocked!
