There’s something emotional about watching someone you love let go of a part of themselves they’ve been holding onto for a long time. I’ve only ever known Tim with hair, so even though we both knew this day was coming, actually shaving it felt very final. I really do understand why men hold onto those last little pieces for as long as they can. It’s “just” hair, yeah but I think sometimes it represents youth and familiarity and the version of yourself you’re used to seeing in the mirror. But Tim feels so freakin free now. He is no longer debating what to do about his hair and is just owning it! Tim felt comfortable with me sharing in the event this post helps other guys out there. Sometimes letting go is the hardest part. ❤️
