No matter how the story is going, I will still forever love this show because I feel like y’all are just watching it for the couples not for the plot. Like myself, I want them back together, but not with them like two episodes into the season because that would just not make sense. They haven’t worked out their problems and y’all want them to be a couple like that so what if they’re a couple and their problem becomes worse while they’re a couple. And y’all hating on Alya and not Cihan is funny. because y’all keep on forgetting yes she left, but she came back and he kicked her out of Mardin. And if you decide not to watch the show because of you, don’t agree with how the couples are going then y’all have no vision.

i neka je! toliko zla, toliko negativnih likova u seriji, toliko psihičkog i fizičkog nasilja! Nasilje i samo nasilje je okosnica ove serije. ne mogu razumjeti koliko ljudi to vole gledati. gledala sam prvu sezonu cijelu, drugu i treću samo povremeno. Naprosto ne mogu tolerirati toliko nasilja i tuge, pogotovo ženskih likova. neka je to samo serija, ali što je mnogo, mnogo je.

It was to be expected; it’s a way of punishing the screenwriter and a wake-up call—if they keep up with this nonsense, ratings will drop even further. They need to realize that the success of *Uzak Şehir* lies in the love between Alya and Cihan; we want to see them together, not fighting. Boran was a bad choice last season, and Enver is one this season—not to mention the spoilers saying Cihan gets engaged to someone else. Even though we love the series, we’re tired of the same old thing; the custody battle for Deniz seems endless. While it’s addictive and we keep watching, it’s exhausting to see the same thing happen every Monday.

They should have seen this coming, given that everyone was criticizing the script. Did they think the audience would accept any old rubbish? After the second trailer aired—showing a potential marriage between Alya and Enver—there was a massive backlash online; did they think going through with it would boost the ratings? The audience constantly demands that Cihan and Alya be together and fight side by side, yet the creators keep ignoring those wishes. Now they’re about to have Cihan get engaged to another woman—we’ll see what happens to the ratings then.

@cinthia: To be honest this was expected. Since season one I have watch the series but monday I didn’t even finish watching it because I got so annoyed. Especially with alya’s behavior. I’m glad cihan didn’t went after her for the wedding because he deserves better. Unless they do a good twist plot I don’t see the series rate improving
