Crispy around the edges, cheesy in the middle and dangerously easy to grab another one. Here’s how I made them: -Street-style flour tortillas -Shredded cheese -Goya yellow Spanish-style rice, prepared -Chicken, diced small -Salt + pepper -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Paprika -Chili powder -Cumin -Olive oil -Sour cream -Fresh tomato, chopped -Green onions Cut 4 small notches around each tortilla. Brush the edges with a little water, overlap the sections to form a cup and press to seal. Add a layer of cheese, rice and chicken to each cup. Arrange them snugly in a baking dish, top with more cheese and bake at 375°F until the tortillas are golden around the edges and the cheese is melted.
