At major hubs like KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2), note that Plaza Premium Lounge is located outside the departure gates, you must leave the lounge early to clear immigration, security checks, and walk to your gate... Quick google search confirmed it !!.... Air Asia lounge inside Intl T2 has been closed for some time.

Considering youre a seasoned flyer, u must be aware that landside & airside are 2 different areas with 2 different rates of tenancy & also, considering Airasia is indeed a low cost carrier, it makes perfect business sense for them to rent on the landside area because its cheaper.

You complained about à lounge pass? These guys collected RM2 billion in dividends from 2017-2019, and salaries & fees of nearly RM300 million from 2017-2025… and now will be getting taxpayer monies for à bail-out… you should be so lucky it’s only that lounge pass
