@sarahannswain: #greenscreen Father who fell from Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia has been identified as Hassan Kareem, 42 year old father and beloved teacher

loner :

omg that's my teacher

vivi 🧁 :

He was my teacher, and robotics leader. Such a kind person and super collected and calm, never yelled at any of us. My heart goes out to his family though, I know they are probably going through so much grief right now

Angella :

Its just so odd. From my understanding if one of the bars fail the entire row typically does. So odds are he was never actually properly strapped in. So did nobody check he was clicked in and he managed to hold steady for most of the ride? Because I’m pretty sure this happened nearly at the end

B 🪽 :

In the 90s / 00s this never happened, you might of been stuck on the ride. BUT FLYING OUT is crazy! They make the rides faster, stronger and taller and dnt have better security to keep people strapped in. . Soo fkn heartbreaking for his family. 💔🪽

Baby_the_Ice_Princess! :

That’s just so awful. My gawd. That poor man.

PamD951324 :

toddzeller0 :

7 years ago we went to Disneyland for my wife's birthday and next day we went to Adventureland across the parking lot and got stuck for an hour on the Incredicoaster at the top. For an hour. I almost freaked out. Got really freaked out walking down the catwalks when the manually unlocked us. I was panicking about someone could fall off

Azeban 2 :

Those rides have cameras idk much about this ride but insurance requires cameras especially if the ride is new or particularly dangerous.
