ANOTHER DUTCH BROS COULD BE COMING TO HUNTINGTON BEACH! ☕🚗 And this one is being proposed in the same shopping center as Chick-fil-A and the new Tesla charging station off Warner Avenue! According to plans shared by Surf City Sentinel, Dutch Bros wants to build a new drive-thru coffee shop on a portion of the existing shopping center parking lot. Here’s what we know! 👇 📍 THE LOCATION The proposed Dutch Bros would occupy approximately 20,000 square feet (0.46 acres) of the shopping center property along Warner Avenue, near Chick-fil-A and the new Tesla chargers. 🏗️ WHAT’S PLANNED? ☕ A roughly 1,000-square-foot Dutch Bros building 🚗 Two drive-thru lanes with room for up to 17 vehicles waiting in line 📱 Mobile ordering through the Dutch Bros app 🅿️ Seven designated parking spaces, including three for mobile-order pickup and one ADA-accessible space 🌴 A covered outdoor patio 🌳 New landscaping, lighting, and signage 🚘 HOW WILL THE DRIVE-THRU WORK? Instead of traditional speaker boxes, Dutch Bros employees would walk up to vehicles to take orders and process payments using handheld devices. Customers could also order ahead through the app and pick up their drinks using the drive-thru, designated mobile-order parking, or walk-up window. 🅿️ THE PARKING TRADE-OFF To accommodate the new building and drive-thru lanes, the project would eliminate 42 existing parking spaces from the shopping center. The new Dutch Bros would have seven designated spaces of its own. 📅 WHEN WILL IT OPEN? The project is still described as a proposal in the available documents.
