Make stuffed peppers and invite your neighbors or offer them to your church for the homeless. Or make bell peppers cupcakes with white glaze, make sure all seeds are out and chopped extra fine, use either spice cake or plain white cake, just follow the cake recipe, turn out very good, can do the same thing for corn bread or corn cake.
