boundaries without isolation is more fulfilling to me idk if you’re a christian but i found this verse saying “A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; he rages against all sound judgment” (Proverbs 18:1) That completely changed my perspective i still struggle but we were made for human connection with the right people so its a good reminder!
