@georgewashere7: 🚨 TWO LIVES LOST. ONLY 3 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS IN PRISON. On February 12, 2023, Sharbel Touma of Oxnard was driving at an extremely high speed on West 5th Street when he collided with a vehicle carrying Samuel Castro and Annette Gomez. Investigators determined Touma was traveling 108.73 MPH just one second before impact. Both victims died from their injuries. On June 15, 2026, Touma was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in state prison after pleading guilty to two felony counts of vehicular manslaughter. Prosecutors requested 5 years and 4 months, but the judge imposed a shorter sentence. Two people lost their lives in a crash that could have been prevented. 🕊️ Remembering Samuel Castro and Annette Gomez. 💬 Do you believe 3 years and 4 months is a fair sentence for two lives lost? 📍 Oxnard, California GEORGE WAS HERE | VENTURA COUNTY #VenturaCounty #Oxnard #JusticeForVictims #SpeedingKills #RoadSafety
