Directions 👇🏻 ~first, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Then, beat in the egg and vanilla essence. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Take 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten it, place 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center, and cover with another tablespoon of dough, sealing the edges to form a ball. Repeat for all cookies.
