I used send support to my late brother's wife for our son but the boy was so malnourished. Even the clothes I bought were not given to him, he was always dressed in rags until I stopped giving support and demanded for the boy to be brought home. They refused initially but after a year of no support they brought him. He is now growing together with his cousins
