County Route 11 County Route11B is horrible. I’m all for the buggies and the horses and the way they travel. But there’s gotta be a better option cars versus buggies not a good combination to put them on the road together.

Drivers have no idea how to drive. Many times the driver of the vehicle has no idea their in fault because of who’s got the right of way. First the buggy has right of way over vehicle. When a vehicle is following the buggy the on coming traffic has the right of way. Many times I’ve come across people driving around the buggies and not letting on coming traffic to pass first.

The accident they are referring to happened in daylight. Lights on the buggy wouldn’t have helped. There are been other collisions in daylight as well.

I was on that road earlier today. One vehicle nearly cause 3 accidents. No a signal buggy in sight. Just 1 vehicle risking everyone's life.

i say the same things to the cops about 11b in franklin county very few go the speed limit most go 65 to 70 mph sad cops wont do something

it is not just there it's everywhere they go fast on every Road and every street they go through these towns last time I knew this feeling it was 30 not 50 where are your village cops I did barely see him around especially the villages look at the speeding going from Canton to Potsdam if you do see a cop they might catch one speeder and give them a ticket and they disappear they don't stay around and catch more people they drive like a bunch of f****** maniacs I see it all the time do your jobs
