@globellegina: Before I became a flight attendant, I spent almost six years living in South Korea. 🇰🇷✈️ At the time, I had no idea that living abroad was teaching me skills I’d eventually use every day as a flight attendant. Living in Korea taught me how to navigate unfamiliar places, communicate across language and cultural barriers, adapt when plans change, solve problems on my own, and become comfortable being far from home. Korea wasn’t a vacation for me. It was my everyday life. I worked, learned Korean, made friends, dated, grocery shopped, built routines, got lost, figured things out, and eventually became comfortable in a culture different from my own. Years later, I became a flight attendant—and suddenly those experiences made so much sense. The girl building a life in South Korea had no idea she was preparing the woman who would eventually spend her days flying around the country. 🥹 Funny how sometimes a chapter of your life is preparing you for the next one before you even know what the next chapter is.
