@pdknyc: Madison Fare. Manhattan, New York. ❤️ I’ve been to both the Upper East Side location and, this time, the downtown location. The froyo is always really good, and it’s definitely one of my favorite spots in its category. I especially love that they have so many unique specialty flavors, so there’s always something interesting to try. 🛑 One thing that really surprised me, though, is that both locations seem to have only one person working at a time. Even when there’s a long line, one employee appears to be handling the orders, preparing everything, and taking payments all by themselves. I don’t know what the staffing situation is behind the scenes, but honestly, it looked exhausting for one person to manage everything alone. The employee was working incredibly hard, and I actually felt bad watching them try to keep up with such a long line. The taste is great, but I really hope they improve the staffing and give their employees a little more support. It would make the overall experience so much better. #froyo #icecream #manhattan #nyc #뉴욕
