I missed one for my son because he was in the hospital just after brain surgery. The office called I apologized and the next thing I knew his pediatrician drove up to the hospital to hand deliver snacks and toys and check on him. We stayed with the same doctor until we moved hours away because he was so sweet to all the kids.
