What is too quick versus the right speed? 🤔 I sit mine out for at least twenty min, ice for ten, let the alcohol dry, pin, then ice again, then hydrocortisone. I have massive bruising and cramping wherever I pin. But my skin looks great and my shoulder injury is 90% better!
