Ray Cooke is facilitating the rise in prices. How? Simple... when you make an offer, he'll come back and say its been raised by 5k, you go up 5k, he says the other bidder went up another 5k... who's the other bidder? Is there another bidder... or is there an agent CLAIMING there's another bidder. Remember 1 crucial fact, Estate Agents make their money by INCREASIBG the sale price to INCREASE their commission.
Simple maths.👍

My son is 25 - just bought his 2nd house in Dublin ..tenants in both. Hard graft, study, no stupid spending habits, saved, worked. No excuses. Young spend most of their disposable income on luxuries - then complain. Can be done!

so 2 people go in on a house and just accept not having a family of their own because both can't get married and raise a family while sharing a house.

If I bought a house with my friend or sibling then I'd never be able to sell it and get my own house because I'd still be on too little money and house prices would still be too high. That explanation is nuts! It'd be us and our partners and kids in the one gaff for 25 years [Tears of joy][Tears of joy]

at the moment the modular homes seem to be the only thing that is reasonable priced and looks decent to live in. The only downside to them is if over 45m squared it needs planning permission and the durability in how long they would last for your money to spend on one of them.
