@southernregionalhealth: Expanded healthcare services for southern St. Elizabeth! The Junction Health Centre in St. Elizabeth launched its new and expanded healthcare services on Thursday, October 8, 2026, following an investment of approximately J$60 million. The developments include: 🧠 *Child and Adolescent Wellness Centre* It is the first one within the Southern Regional Health Authority. It provides psychological assessments, therapy and counselling for children and adolescents, with child-friendly spaces that encourage play, creativity, social interaction and therapeutic engagement. 🦷 *Comprehensive Oral Health Clinic* Equipped with three new dental chairs and a denture manufacturing facility under the Second Chance Smiles initiative, the clinic expands access to dental care and denture services. These investments support the renewal of primary healthcare, bringing essential mental health and oral health services closer to children, families and communities in southern St. Elizabeth. 💙 #news #jamaicantiktok #like #100kviews #share
