I didn't include this in the video, but a lot of people don't know that I used to seriously struggle with mental health- literally not wanting to live, being hospitalized inpatient, and not seeing a future for myself. My biggest motivation for making money is so I could move out of my house and into a safer place. If anyone is struggling, I just want you to know that you have the power and capability to turn your life around and everything starts with eating the right foods. It's a slow and steady and hard journey, but just do the next right thing and small habits compound into consistency. You got that 🫂💗
