INGREDIENTS: ● Chicken breast – 300 g ● Fresh mushrooms – 150 g ● Eggs – 5–6 pcs ● Grated mozzarella cheese – 200 g ● Baking powder – ½ tsp ● Salt – to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. 3. Slice the fresh mushrooms into pieces. 4. Spread the diced chicken and sliced mushrooms evenly in the prepared baking dish. 5. Crack the eggs into the dish, add the baking powder and salt, and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. 6. Sprinkle 120 g of grated mozzarella evenly over the top. 7. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the egg mixture is set. 8. After 25 minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining 80 g of grated mozzarella over the casserole and return it to the oven for the remaining cooking time. 9. Check that the chicken is fully cooked before removing the casserole from the oven. 10.
