Tbh 1am to 6:30am is a great stretch!! Keep her on that schedule and slowly when u start to ween u could cut out the 1am feed :)

Sleep training! It’s the best! It’s hard at first but knowing you’re helping them build self soothing skills helped my anxiety so much

how has your sleep schedule been? are you functioning decently if youre sleeping in shorter periods throughout the day/night? I usually sleep in 4 hour periods twice a day cause I cannot sleep a full 8 hours.

girl our babies are nearly the same age her bedtime is 830-9pm she has NEVER (knock on wood been up passed 9pm) I dunno how you ladies do it yall a bunch of super mamas up that late. Lord knew I needed sleep in my life clearly cause it was all him or luck.
