I found this recipe from @Ansley Beutler | The Fit Peach — she’s doing her CrockTober for every day in October! Go check out her page 👏🏼 This recipe was delicious! My husband and I even enjoyed it as a leftover. It’s also DAIRY FREE, which is a plus for my household with two fully dairy free kids. Recipe— Ingredients: sauce — 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sriracha 1-2 spoonfuls of minced garlic (or 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic) 2tbsp cornstarch Others: 1/2 onion, diced 1 lb chicken tenderloins or chicken breast 1 broccoli crown cut into florets 1 bell pepper (I didn’t have one 😭) 3 blocks of noodles (I used Simply Asian Ramen Noodles) 1-2 cups of chicken broth Directions: 1. In the crockpot, add all of the ingredients listed below ‘sauce’. Mix together well. 2. Dice the onion, add that to the crockpot. 3. Place the tenderloins in the crockpot and cover them well with the sauce. 4. Let that cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours. 5. Once chicken is fully cooked, pull apart the chicken (almost shredding it). 6. Add in the broccoli florets, noodles, chicken broth. I did have to add a little more chicken broth so it covered my noodles. Cook that on LOW for 15-30 mins until the noodles are cooked and broccoli is softened. 7. Then serve! Top with green onions & sesame seeds if desired :) I hope you enjoy this as much as we did! 🍽️ Thank you again Ansley for this recipe! #fyp #teriyakichicken #crockpotrecipes #crockpotdinner #DinnerIdeas
