@discover_california_: I love a good mountain coaster, and the Ridge Rider coaster at @skiheavenly did not disappoint! You’ll speed down the slopes and through the forest with a few amazing views of Lake Tahoe. You can go as a single rider or possibly tandem depending on if you both fit. The ride lasts for about 2-3 minutes from butt in seat to butt out of seat. I’m terrified of real roller coasters, but the alpine roller coasters of California are just the right amount of thrilling and not terrifying for me. So, even if you’re scared of roller coasters, you might enjoy this one! 😁 NOTE: The coaster is expected to reopen for winter operations by November 20th. So plan ahead! 🗺️ Want my free 30-spot California bucket list guide? Grab a copy at the link in my bio!
