the issue is holding company owns a llc the tax liability travel to the holding and its paid there if it owns a c Corp the only money that can move up is a dividend thats taxed at capital gains and if the holding is a llc rather the money stays in the holding account or is pulled it gets taxed on his personal account if its a c corp it still files its own taxes won't affect him but yes legally the holding could by a house and cars and let him use it but to avoid IRS scrutiny there has to be a user agreement other wise its cosider fringe benefits and is taxable
