mtv + Gorillaz in the background

BIGEARZZ :

I think the reason I don’t feel this way about current animated shows is because of the switch between cable to streaming services and lacking that feeling of coming across one of these shows late at night or by accident (like adult swim) and streaming services nowadays lack that identity of having a signature unique style of shows like mtv and adult swim

♕ :

seeing the maxx media is so rare now n days its so peak tho

Meshach Allen :

Mtvs downtown and undergrads were goated

leaderlombax2000 :

Mission Hill was NOT on MTV. it was aired on The WB Network, and then after it was cancelled, Adult Swim took it and aired reruns.

PricE :

The Maxx was such a good show it made me read the comics

Kitxnx :

The animations felt like cool universes you could escape to for 30 minutes😭 they were so cool

There's certain eas of TV that can never be replicated and I think it's okay to stay that way. Clone High should serve as an example that we don't need to bring back every old show.

UZO🎬🎨☀️ :

Keep hiting the mark twinnn

Kelly Kelly :

Their shows resonate deeper with me, much deeper than anything that's out right now
