I'm 100% sure it's Sanzu. He is the biggest stalker and there are proofs showing that! Also, Sanzu definitely knows about Takemichi's time-leaping power, especially since Shinichiro passed his power to Takemichi.

After all, Takemichi’s goal was to reach Mikey, and it would have been difficult to predict how this meeting might affect Bonten’s future. Considering how unstable Mikey’s mental state was, it would make perfect sense for them to want to understand what Takemichi was trying to do. Perhaps they were trying to figure out whether Takemichi was plotting something, whether he knew anything that could put the organization at risk, or whether he could become a threat to Bonten by changing Mikey’s decisions. Besides, Ran might not have been there alone. Other high-ranking members could also have been nearby, keeping track of what was happening from a distance. After all, it would be perfectly natural for an organization as dangerous and security-conscious as Bonten to want to keep an eye on someone who was coming to meet Mikey. So rather than assuming that Ran was there for purely personal reasons, I think we should also consider the possibility that his presence was related to a mission to protect the organization. I also don’t think anyone could have predicted that Mikey would take his own life. If they had suspected that something like this might happen, I doubt Sanzu would have left Mikey alone, especially before things reached that point. If you remember, Sanzu was extremely shocked when he saw Mikey jump. That suggests that even he wasn’t expecting something like that to happen. Moreover, Sanzu was much closer to Mikey than Ran was and kept a much closer eye on him. So if anyone was going to notice beforehand that Mikey might do something like that, I think it would have been Sanzu rather than Ran. Considering all of this, I find it more reasonable to believe that Ran’s presence didn’t mean he knew Mikey was going to take his own life, but that he might have been there to keep an eye on Takemichi and the meeting he was about to have with Mikey🤔🤔

It's either Ran or Sanzu and they both have things working against it being them. You can't see Sanzu's hair at all which you should be able to do since it's long and pink, but with the angle of the panel you should be able to see part of Ran's tattoo. So it's either or, the anime will likely just pick one and honestly it's probably going to be Sanzu since he's the more 'relevant' character for the scene.

Its Sanzu it was already confirmed if you look at Thor clothing it’s purple underneath the tie which is Sanzu west and he just has a jacket over it. Plus that’s why Sanzu was also there when takemichi confronted Mikey
