@frankiepham_: 4 things I wish I stopped overthinking when I was 112lbs ⬇️ 1. How fast the number on the scale went up I used to think the faster I gained weight, the better. But at the end of the day, gaining weight isn’t a race. Enjoy the process, focus on building good habits, and stop fixating on the number 2. Supplements I used to think I needed all these different supplements would magically make me jacked. But looking back, I would’ve saved a lot of time & money if I just focused on the fundamentals of training hard, staying consistent, and getting my meals in. Supplements can help, but they won’t replace the fundamentals. 3. Finding the most “optimal” exercises I spent WAY too much time wondering if I was doing the best exercises for muscle growth rather than just choosing a few movements I enjoyed doing for whatever muscle group I wanted to target. Focus on few movements, improve your execution, and get stronger with them over time. 4. Being the only skinny kid in the gym This was the one I thought about most and always wondered if I even “belonged” in the gym. But after training for 9+ years, I realized that people don’t even care about you. They’re too focused on their workout just like you are with your own. If you’re skinny and staring your fitness journey, don’t let overthinking keep you from making progress. You don’t have to do everything perfectly. You just have to keep showing up Save & share this for the reminder
