Same, but after I get out the shower in combination with not eating on time. I have to get real low until my blood pressure stabilizes. Sh*t is absolutely horrible to have to go through it in public. I feel your pain.

i get hot and lightheaded due to anxiety, especially on busy public transport. I feel like I'll faint and Domino everyone else so I crouch, but then the fact I'm just crouched down like a weirdo makes my anxiety even worse lmao. but once I'm off the train and regulate for a minute I'm fine.

I bleed heavy from day one to day end of period and I get like this.. dizzy, feel sick... hot flashes... my blood sugar drops bad... but I have PCOS 😭

yes same happened to me but only when I’ve been pregnant. happened in 2022 in the winter I literally almost passed out on nj transit. i seen nothing but black and began overheating and then a few weeks ago it’s happened again while I’m pregnant with my second it’s sooo scary :(
